Feast Day - April 16th

International Center for Leadership in Education
will be visiting the classrooms on Monday and Tuesday.

Thursday --April 14th is Report Card Day
Dismissal will be at 12:00 noon.
Parent Teacher Conferences 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Report Cards will be distributed by Fr. Antonio at
the following assemblies:
8:30 AM - Grades 2, 3 and 4
9:00 AM - Grades Kindergarten and First Grades

A reminder to parents that students will not receive
their report cards unless Tuition is up to date.
Please see the Tuition staff.

Tuition Company
Please remember to return the sign up sheet for the
new tuition company.
If you have lost the paper there are extra
papers available from the tuition staff.

Monday - April 11th
Grades 3 and 4 will attend the 9:00 AM Mass and
the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available
to students after Mass.

Tuesday - April 12th
Grades 7 and 8 will attend the 9:00 AM Mass

Wednesday - April 13th
TIMSS Mathematics Test for students in Grade 8
Grades 5 & 6 will attend the 9:00 AM Mass

Thursday - Report Card Day
Dismissal at 12:00 Nooon
Parent Teacher Conferences 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Friday - April 15th
Ms. Saville celebrates her 25th anniversary at OLQM
Students should bring in old shopping bags
to pack up the classrooms before Easter break.

Sunday- Palm Sunday
Mass for all students at 1:00 PM
No Classes

Monday - April 18th
Dress up clothes may be worn. NO JEANS.
Stations of the Cross 10:30 AM
Dismissal at 3:00 PM begins the Easter Recess

Tuition Company
Letters concerning the new Tuition Management
company were sent home last week.
They should be returned to the tuition office
so that the process may begin.

Report Cards
The Report Card Date has been changed to
April 14th. Please note the change.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held
from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Field Day
Due to the New York State Testing schedule in
May Field Day will be cancelled for this year.
