Parents are reminded that candy bars are
available in the tuition office to assist
in your fund raising requirements. Parents
will receive a NUT (No Uniform Today)
card for each box of candy sold.
Next Monday October 4th is
the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The 6th grade will
lead us at Mass at 9:00 AM and in the
tradition of St. Francis domesticated animals
will be blessed at this Mass.
Parents are welcome to join us for this
annual remembrance of St. Francis.
If you are bringing a cat or dog to Church to
be blessed they must return home after Mass.
Please make arrangements for their return home.
We are happy that Fr. Johnston will return to
Our Lady Queen of Martyrs as the main celebrant
for this Mass.

Dismissal this last week of school is 2:30 PM on

After School Program
The After School Program will end on Wednesday June 23rd.
Mrs. Ramsey and her staff are thanked for all the hard work
that was done during the year with the students who attended the
After School Program.
Student Information System (SIS)
The Student Information System (SIS) will not be accessible to
parents and students this last week of school as grades are
processed for review by Mr. Woods.
The system will be reset in August before school starts and parents returning to
Our Lady Queen of Martyrs will receive their user ID and passwords at
the opening meeting.
PreK Summer Program
Parents in PreK,Kindergarten and First grade are reminded that
there are a few spots left in the PreK Summer Program.
Parents are reminded to see Mrs. Resto this week as the program will
begin on Monday June 28th.
Summer School Registration
Registration will take place on Monday June 28th, Tuesday June 29th
and Wednesday June 30th from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM in the school office
with either Alba or Mrs. Resto.
A schedule will be given to all parents who register and classes
for Summer School will begin on Thursday July 1st.

Due to budget cuts by New York State our annual
field day could not be held at Riverbank State Park.
This year Field Day will be held at the
Hudson River (Fort Washington Park)
located at the west end of Dyckman Street.
