Catholic Schools Week
Re-Registration for the 2013-2014 School Year
Re-Registration for the 2013-2014 school year will begin Friday February 1, 2013.
Parents are urged strongly to re-register early as many students will be enrolling from closing Catholic Schools at the end of February.
Parents may pick up re-registration form from Mrs. Resto in the school office. The form will need to be filled out and returned to Mrs. Resto.
Smart tuition company will then collect the re-registration fee.
Registration for New Students for the 2013-2014 School Year
Registration for new students will be held
Saturday, March 23rd and Sunday March 24th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
As in the past it is important to register early as PreK and Kindergarten classes closed by the end of April last year.
Flyers are available from Alba in the school office with information.
Information and registration forms are also available on the school website of

Report Card Day - Wednesday January 30th
On Monday or Tuesday classroom teachers will send home all portfolio tests, classwork and mid-year exams for your review prior to report card distribution. Parents should sign the letter sent home by the classroom teacher indicating that they have received all these materials. In this way you the parent will be aware of your child's success or weakness prior to the report card distribution.
Report Cards will be distributed to students on Wednesday, January 30th in the classrooms by Fr. Antonio.
New York State AIS (Academic Intervention Forms) will be distributed with report cards by your child's teacher during the Parent - Teacher Conference (2:00 PM - 7:00 PM) as required by New York State Education Law.
AIS forms are based on ITBS scores. Due to the New Common Core Curriculum Standards implemented with the ITBS many parents will need to meet with their child's teacher in order to develop strategies for their child's success as the Common Core Standards are further introduced into the curriculum.
As a reminder Tuition must be up to date for child to receive their report card.
