Gowns may only be picked up when there is a zero balance on the Smart Tuition Account.

Report Card Distribution
Report cards will be distributed to students on
Tuesday June 26, 2018 at 12:30 PM.
Tuition must be up to date for students to receive their
report cards.
Dismissal will follow at 1:00 PM.
Mr. Woods will be available after 2:00 PM for parents who wish to see him as a number of alumni will be present for the 8th grade graduation.

The books listed below are required reading for September. The title of the book will also be listed on your child's report card.

Smart Tuition accounts have been set up for September 2018. Please check your
Smart Tuition Account . Any questions should be addressed to Mr. Guzman.
If you do have an account (and there are a good number of you who forgot) for September 2018 then you did not pay re-registration which must be done before the account is set up.
Also Kindergarten parents who wish to request a teacher for September:
1. Tuition for September must be paid before July 15th for September.
2. Receipt brought to school before July 15th wherein parent completes teacher request form.
3. There will be 40 students in Kindergarten so when the first twenty fill in for either class then the class closes.

Registration is Now Open
Parents may register with Eric or Mr. Guzman for the after school program now before school ends. This way it will be automatically set up in your Smart Tuition account so that parents will not have to bring in a check/money order.
After August 1st - parents will have to bring in a check/money order for registration.
Registration forms are available in the office.
Monday June 18th
Reminder no child will receive their report card if there is any kind of balance on Smart Tuition.
Tuesday June 19th
Kindergarten Graduation 10:00 AM - auditorium.
Reception for parents following ceremony.
Title I program end for the year.
Wednesday June 20th
PreK -1 (Mrs. Fundora) Moving Up Ceremony

Reception following the ceremony.
Thursday June 21st
PreK -2 (Mrs. Rodriguez's) Moving Up Ceremony
10:00 auditorium.
Last Day of After School Program
Friday June 22nd - School Closed
The school office will be open from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM for parents wishing to see Mr. Woods.
