School Closed for all Classes

The end of the first quarter will be on Friday November 8, 2019. The Educate Student Information System will be shut down for parent/student review on Monday November 4, 2019.
In this way Mr. Woods will have time to review grade books, review Smart Tuition accounts and meet with each of the teachers concerning student progress during the first eight weeks of school.
As a reminder report cards will be distributed to students on November 21, 2019.
Parent teacher Conferences will be on
Friday November 22, 2019 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
There will be an early dismissal at 12:00 noon that day and the After School Program will close at 6:00 PM also on
Friday November 22nd.
Parents are requested to arrive early especially if their child is in a departmental class and to limit their time with the teachers to a
10 minute conversation. In this way each parent may have the opportunity to speak to the teachers.
Teachers will be able to schedule a follow up meeting regarding your child's progress.
Over and over again Mr. Woods is being made aware of the fact by teachers that many parents do not read the blog, are not aware that assignments and other materials are posted on the blog by the teachers.
November is the month of Gratitude for all the
blessings that we have received.
OLQM will be collecting cans for
St. Patrick's Home Outreach Program.
The cans along with turkeys purchased through dress down monies will be delivered to the home by the students of the
Confirmation Class.

A heartfelt thank you to the students of the 7th and 8th grades and their teacher Mr. Placido for arranging the activities of the day for all the students.
