Week of October 18, 2021 Announcements

October 17th - Students in sacramental program attend

Mass with Mr. Woods at 1:00PM

October 18th - Feast of St. Luke, the evangelist

Reminder Health forms due

Also all children in all PreK Programs and Kindergarten will be required

to have the FLU shot before December 31st.

October 19th - Feast of Sts. John de Brebeuf and Isaac Joques

October 20th - Full Moon

October 21st - Reminder to bring in Picture money envelopes to your child's teacher.

Progress Reports sent home with students in Grades 1-8

Parents should e-mail teachers with concerns or request to schedule a Zoom call. There are no in person meetings with teachers this year as per CDC. Outside the building at dismissal is not the proper environment to talk to your child's teacher regarding the Progress report as they are busy dismissing the whole class.

Should you want to see Mr. Woods regarding your child's

Sundays from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM after Mass with the sacramental students.

October 24th - Students in sacramental program attend Mass with Mr. Woods at 1:00 PM

October 25th - Reminder to check with your child's teacher regarding Halloween.

October 26th - Grade Level Meetings K-2

Teachers will be out of their classrooms for one hour today and classroom aides will be in their classrooms during this time.

October 27th - Grade Level Meetings Grades 3-6

October 28th - Feast of Sts. Simon and Jude

Grade Level Meetings Grades 6-8

October 29th - classroom Halloween celebration.

Picture Day October 28th

Picture Day is Thursday October 28th

Picture money envelopes have been sent home.

Each child's picture will be taken separately and then a class composite

will be made to maintain social distancing.

Title I Extended Day Program Schedule

Mondays and Wednesdays 3:15 - 5:00 PM

Grades 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Grades Kindergarten, Grades 2, 4 and 5

Office Hours with Mr. Woods

A reminder that Mr. Woods meets with parents on Sundays

from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

No appointment is necessary for these appointments.

Parents of students in Grades K-8 who would like their password to their child's Educate account should e-mail Mr. Woods at olqm1@aol.com. You will receive an Educate generated response on your account login and to change the password when you first login.

A very important part of keeping up with your child's academic progress is by the weekly monitoring of their work in Educate.

Parents should also accept the invitation by the classroom teacher to join their child's Google Classroom account.
