Flu Shot Program
The Department of Health is offering to administer
the flu shot to students enrolled at OLQM.
Permission slips will be sent home on
Monday November 8th. They should be returned
to your child's teacher. Parents needing
assisting in completing the form should see
Alba or Mr. Woods.
No date has been set yet as the
Department of Health needs to ascertain
the number of students who will be
inoculated.
