Reminders
  • If you have not registered for September 2009 please do so as soon as possible.
  • The last day of the After School Program is Wednesday June 17th.
  • Summer School letters went home last Thursday. Registration will begin June 16th.
  • Report Cards will be sent home Thursday June 18th. Please remember that tuition must be paid in full.
  • Parents that are transferring their child to another school should notify Alba in the office so that she will send the records to the new school.
  • The final day of school will be Friday June 19th after an Honors Assembly.
  • A Summer Breakfast and Lunch Program will be available all summer until August 14th for any child under the age of 18.
  • The PreK and Kindergarten Summer Program will begin Monday June 22nd-parents who are interested should see Mrs. Fundora.
  • The first day of school in September will be Wednesday September 9th 8:00 AM -4:00 PM

Tuesday (26)- Please make sure that your child has rosary

beads for the May Procession scheduled for

Wednesday(27)- Mrs. Resto will be calling those

who have not re-registered for Septemeber, 2009.



Thursday(28) -Tuition Suspension letters will be

sent home for June 1st. As a reminder no child

may participate in any Graduation Ceremonies

until the tuition for the 2008-2009 school year

is paid in full.



Friday(29)-PreK and Kindergarten Summer Program

Registration is due to Mrs. Resto in the tuition office.

Announcements Week of May 4-May 8th

PreK Parents -
The Summer Program for PreK will begin June 22nd will
continue until August 14th.
The program will be a full day program Monday-Fridays.
Mrs. Fundora coordinates the program and if you
have questions --please feel free to see her.
A registration flyer will be sent home this week and
should be returned to the tuition office.

NYSESLAT-
The New York State ESL test in the areas of
Reading and Writing will be administered
on Tuesday May 5th. The Listening section of
the test will be administered on Wednesday May 6th.

Monday- Calendars for May will be sent home
with your child. Extra calendars will be
available at the tuition office.

Announcements Week of April 26th

The NYSESLAT (New York State English as a Second Langauge Test) will be administered to all children who did not pass the test last year (results were sent home in October, 2008). The test is composed of Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing sections and will be given over the next couple of weeks. The Speaking section of the test will be administered on Wednesday April 29th.

Wednesday - New York State Science Test Grade 4 Performance Section
Sacrament of Confirmation 6:00 PM
NYSESLAT Speaking Test
After School Program will be located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the school
today in order to prepare the auditorium for Confirmation pictures.
Tuition Sspension Letters will be sent home today.

Thursday - Portfolios Due for Reading, Social Studies, Science and Writing.

Friday- SCHOOL CLOSED.
No after school program will be available as the teachers will be a workshop.
